Discovery Session
This session will be a 30-60 minute meeting where we ask you questions in order to gain a better understanding of your operations, processes, challenges and strengths. Additionally, we will ask you detailed questions about your current data strategy. This will give us a better idea of what we can do to help your business. We will outline the general services we provide and how they might apply to your business.

Proposal & Contact
The outcome of the Discovery Session for you will be a Proposal outlining the general findings of the discovery meeting, as well as listing the possible services we can provide, what they would include, and roughly how much they would cost. You will typically receive this proposal within 5 business days.
Once you indicate which services interest you, we will create a detailed contract for the project. This contract will specify scope, fees, and other relevant legal terms. Scope will include deliverables, timeline, and milestones for the project. Milestones will ensure everyone is on the same page and there are no surprises come delivery. You will typically receive this contract within 5 business days.
Project in Progress
This phase is fairly straightforward: We do the work, and keep you up to date on any issues we encounter or milestones we pass. Typically, you’ll simply receive updates as we pass milestones in the project. Typical projects take between 1-4 weeks, although it varies depending on scope and complexity.
Completion
The end! We deliver the final product and ensure you are satisfied.
